Refund Policy

At Drive Force Mobility, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide quality auto repair, towing, roadside assistance, and vehicle rental services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please review our refund guidelines below:

Service Refunds

  • Refunds may be issued if services were not performed or were canceled prior to completion.

  • Once a service has been completed, refunds are generally not available unless there is a verified issue with the work performed.

Vehicle Rentals

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Used Vehicle Sales

  • All vehicle sales are final and non-refundable. We encourage customers to inspect vehicles thoroughly before purchase

Requesting a Refund

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@driveforcemobility.com

  • All refund requests will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.

Note: Drive Force Mobility reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions above.
